ETH Hits $2,627.58 On The Nose As 15-Minute Candle Closes To The Cent
A quarter-hour ether bet that markets priced at 2.7% landed exactly on target, and the fill printed to the cent before the timer expired.
Our universe · September 11, 2026
The market priced this at 2.7% (1-in-38). It resolves September 11, 2026.

At 11:47 this morning the ether price ticked to $2,627.58 with four seconds left on a 15-minute clock, closing a bet the venue had priced at 2.7%. Not close. Exact. To the cent.
The mechanism was dumb and beautiful. A market-making bot at Halcyon Compute misread a decimal and dumped a resting bid stack right at the target, and three arbitrage engines chasing the same wick stacked their fills on the identical price before the candle could move again.
"A 15-minute window is noise, and noise does not aim," said Dr. Casimir Blum of the Meridian Macro Institute. "This one aimed. We have frozen the tick log and are treating it as a witness, not a data point."
The Meridian posting-tremor index spiked as the screenshot spread. Ada Verstraete watched the order book from the Markets Desk, where one trader had taped the fill receipt to a monitor and refused to close the tab.
Gold sat one desk over, chasing its own 15-minute $4,402.34 target and missing by eleven cents. The contrast was noted. Loudly.
Blum's last word was a warning. "Do not build a strategy on a coincidence with four seconds of runway."
