Release mechanism was mundane. A staging endpoint intended for internal eval routing was left public for 41 minutes on a Tuesday, long enough for the model card to index. Once indexed, the resolution criterion ("released") was satisfied and could not be un-satisfied. Nobody could put it back.
Our benchmark suite ran overnight. Scores are up meaningfully on the boring band, flat on the interesting one. Dr. Ines Okafor-Halvorsen, chief vibes officer, notes: "It is smarter and it is also, somehow, still confidently wrong about the same three things. We have filed the old hypothetical."
