4.2 Users who cached an earlier leaderboard are granted a 30-day grace period to update their priors.

5.3 The 41-point margin recorded on the Bureau's private eval suite is final. Re-runs are not offered. The suite was frozen at 09:14 local time by Dr. Ines Okafor-Halvorsen and remains frozen.
